This is the final draft of my magazine. It was a very long process and we came across many bumps in the read, but in the end, I'm very happy with how it turned out.
While creating our s toryboards, we ended up coming us with a lot more different ideas rather than what we were planning on doing, and we changed it up quite a bit in the process of making it. We changed up the colors and fonts a lot, and the whole format of the magazine trying to visualize what kind of pictures we were going to put in later, and the image we were trying to portray with the magazine. It was a little challenging to me because its hard for me to visualize things if I don't have all the information and pictures I need to put it together. "Storyboarding is flexible. It is comprehensive. And it allows a group to generate a lot of ideas," (James M. Higgins).
I have determined my subject for the interview, which is Haven Wyles. She is a sophomore sprinter, who also participates in field events, and it’s her second year running track. Originally, I was thinking about choosing a long-distance runner but I changed my mind and decided a sprinter would be more fitting for the article. I think that the reader would be more interested in a sprinter that also participates in multiple field events, and I think that will widen my audience. I figured out a date to do the interview, which will be this week.
